The live office selects and ranks eligible wallets by Kolscan 1D PnL, the source’s daily aggregate profit in SOL. Recent activity is an eligibility condition; a more recent swap does not outrank a higher daily PnL.
Eligibility and review#
KOLDESK watches the public Kolscan daily top 50. A candidate qualifies as active only after a successful supported swap is verified with a transaction timestamp within the previous hour. The three highest daily-PnL accounts among qualifying candidates get priority on the floor. Real daily leaders fill remaining desks while activity is checked.
The roster is reviewed every five minutes. Verified candidates can replace provisional occupants as proof arrives, and active eligibility expires immediately when the last verified swap leaves the one-hour window. Names, wallet addresses, profile links, and daily PnL update with the occupants. A candidate stays at the same desk when its own activity becomes verified.
Candidates are labelled separately#
As soon as the daily leaderboard loads, desks without a verified occupant display real daily leaders labelled checking activity. Their names, wallets, daily PnL, and profile links are source-backed; their presence does not establish a recent trade, balance, or holdings. Those facts need separate observations. Before the leaderboard is available, desks remain in a scanning state.
What the number means#
The public leaderboard supplies an aggregate profit in SOL. It does not supply a realized/unrealized split or a publication timestamp. KOLDESK leaves those unavailable fields empty rather than deriving an unsupported breakdown.
Three different quantities#
| Quantity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Kolscan 1D PnL | Source-reported daily performance, used to rank eligible wallets. |
| Native SOL balance | The RPC-observed SOL held by the wallet now. |
| Priced token holdings | An estimate for the subset of token balances with usable market quotes. |
Charts and ranks#
The PnL line records source observations collected for the current wallet; it is not a reconstructed daily equity curve. Changing a desk occupant does not transfer the previous wallet’s history to the new one. A daily-PnL comparison can include a candidate labelled checking activity; its rank does not establish recent trading. Kolscan source rank refers to the full public daily leaderboard.
Selection coverage#
Candidate wallets are watched through confirmed WebSocket notifications and bounded background RPC scans of 20 recent signatures. Each activity or wallet scan reads at most four uncached transactions; cached results let later scans progress, and a capped history is labelled partial. Missing observed activity is not proof of inactivity: unsupported routes, busy-wallet traffic, disconnects, and source limits can hide a qualifying swap. The selection does not guarantee discovery of every active wallet.
USD display#
If shown, USD PnL is the reported SOL amount multiplied by the source’s current SOL/USD quote. It is not historical dollar proceeds or a cost-basis calculation.
